FEES

Our fees include everything, there are no additional costs: lab work, ultrasound, counseling, all medications, procedure, 3-week follow up visit and birth control pills. (Sample for three months and presecription for one year). Rhogam is given to all patients who are Rh negative at no additional charge.

The cost for the procedure is based on how long you have been pregnant. This is calculated from the first day of the last normal menstrual period.

We accept cash, money order or major credit card. No personal or payroll checks will be accepted.

As a member of the National Abortion Federation, we have access to funding sources for women with severe financial hardships. These funds provide assistance to women who qualify. Please contact our office for more information.

Insurance accepted, please contact our office to verify coverage before appointment.

INSTRUCTIONS

Before your appointment:
Nothing to eat or drink after midnight. If you have an afternoon appointment, nothing to eat or drink 6 hours before your appointment.

Bring to your appointment:
Your fee in cash, money order or credit card. A new law effective 1/1/04 requires that you bring a government issued form of ID with your date of birth such as driver's license, state ID, birth certificate, or passport. If you do not own one you will be required to sign an affidavit at the clinic. Minors (under 18) must have proper ID, contact the clinic to be sure you have everything required. As a courtesy to other patients, we ask that no children be brought to the clinic. We require that you have someone to drive you home because the sedation used during the procedure. We must see your driver when you arrive.

INFORMATION FOR MINORS.

Texas Law requires parental consent before a woman under 18 years of age can obtain an abortion.
